Gourmet Catering was founded over 30 years ago by Mr. Tom Phelio as an outlet to express his passion for food. We choose local, organic, seasonal and sustainable produce wherever possible. We adhere to a code of preparing only naturally and sustainably raised meats and seafoods. We select our ingredients from local farms and suppliers who emphasize organic and sustainable offerings. We only use seasonal ingredients.

Gourmet serves different foods for each season, creating dishes for whatever is fresh on the market. With a wealth of resources from farmers, fishermen and artisans, the kitchen sources pristine ingredients for each of its dishes. “Flavors shine as tradition melds with innovation.”
